What we build

From a modified cart to a one-off design.

  • Modified catalog products. Carts sized to your tables, trays, plates, pans or plate covers; different heights, capacities or finishes; stainless steel versions where offered.
  • Specialty carts and handling equipment designed around a single task, built to your exact specifications.
  • Guest-facing furnishings with custom powder-coat colors, granite tops, laser-cut company logos and decorative trim.
  • Built-in equipment, such as induction burners mounted flush in granite, sinks, LED lighting and displays.
  • General fabrication for other needs, from desks to side steps.

    Describe what you need, the quantity and where it is going. Sketches, photos or drawings help.

  2. We follow up

    We review your request and come back with questions, options and pricing.

  3. We build it

    Your equipment is fabricated and finished in our Davenport, Florida shop.

  4. Delivery

    We confirm delivery details with you before your order ships.

Powder coating

Finishes in a wide range of colors.

Most Gill products are powder coated, and the same finishing is available for fabrication work. Ask about matching an existing color or finish.

Casters & wheels

Replacement casters for almost anything that rolls.

We distribute and sell casters and wheels for carts, racks and tables, canvas trucks, mobile bars and pianos. Call with the size and mounting you need.
